The risk of gadgets by Yukino

               

Today, there are many gadgets especially smartphones. They are quite useful for us like ability to contact not only our friends but also unknown people who live in foreign country easily, to         watch movies or TV programs which we missed last time and others. However, sometimes they make people fear. Therefore, I don’t agree that every Gadgets only benefits our society because there are three weak points in gadgets like causing a possibility of injuring human body, a bad influence on children’s intelligence and a financial difficulties for some companies.

First of all, they have bad influence on our health constantly. For example, in the case of a health reaction, the more we watch the screen of smartphones, the more our eyesight is getting worse as me. Another example is there is high risk to be involved in traffic accidents, owing to specific applications, especially pokemon go which is popular among all generations and played outside. As we have to walk around with smartphones to catch many pokemons. According to the local news, if you get have a pokemon, you might also pass away in a traffic accident, owing to being less consciousness of traffic.

Secondary, they have a bad risk on children’s intelligence. The more the young concentrate on the many gadgets, the less they study because using a smartphone is more interesting for children than doing homework as my sister. Another detail is a decline of ability to think. They can’t think about questions because they use Google search as soon as they have questions.

Finally, recently some companies face a financial crisis, owing to a development of gadgets. For example, in the case of TV companies, the sales are getting worse because we can watch TV program without TV, especially with smartphones. Another example is the case of editorial departments. After the rapid spread of the Internet, many electronic books have become an alternative to print media like magazines, comics, and novels.

I stated the some risks of gadgets, especially smartphones, so we should use all gadgets properly. If you decide to separate us from gadgets properly, you will be happy, I think.
